Two Men and a Truck

Web / Mobile

Background

Two Men and a Truck is a very successful Australian moving company.  The company had grown stronger and stronger over the years but their website had lagged behind that growth.  It’s design was out of date and the site was difficult to use so was not producing enough good quality leads.

Solution

Create Studios provided a number of services including design and development of the new site in the robust Kentico CMS platform.    The project also involved custom integration with the company’s CRM as well as implementing a lead nurturing process.  Finally, Create Studios also undertook a photo shoot with the company producing a series of fantastic, genuine photos utilised all over the site.

Results

The results of the new website started literally the day after it went live with a doubling of leads in the first day.  Moreover, through continual conversion optimisation work the number and quality of leads continues to grow.  The new site has also reduced the administration overheads for the company as the integration with the CRM provides more automated handling of leads.  Finally, it’s noteworthy that the site has received global recognition in winning the 2014 Kentico Site of the Year Award.
