ShineWing Australia, an Australian-owned and managed advisory and accounting firm with 31 Partners and 300 staff located on the eastern seaboard, is a member of ShineWing International, one of the world’s leading organizations of independently owned and managed accounting and advisory firms. After rebranding ShineWing International, SW Australia needed to redesign and develop its website to reflect the new brand identity and incorporate new functionalities.
Process
Create Studios was tasked with the website redevelopment for SW Accountants & Advisors. Our approach began with a thorough discovery phase, including research, strategy, and UX design. We developed personas and user journeys to inform the new information and technical architecture. We then moved on to the UI design and development phases, including front-end and back-end development and API implementation. Create Studios completed the project with an exhaustive testing phase, including internal system testing and user acceptance testing. The end result was a website that incorporated a CMS with a focus on reporting and multiple API compatibilities.
