Create Studios can offer help and assistance to your company for even small website changes you may have in mind.  Generally, we provide this service in 1 of 3 ways as described below.

Small Project Work

You may have a small project or change to your website that you've been thinking about for a long time but have never implemented.  It may be small or large, but just need someone to scope and cost it out as a separate project for you to consider.

Create Studios can work with you to understand the requirements and give you a fixed-price quotation for the work.  Contact Create Studios if you would like us to analyse any changes you were considering to your site.

Support and Maintenance Agreements

If you are looking for an ongoing partner to keep your website fresh and updated and for someone to be available to trouble-shoot any issues you may have, a support and maintenance agreement may be the best option for you.

Create Studios' Support and Maintenance Agreements are set up based on an anticipated amount of hours required each month. Then, you are given access to a dedicated support system where you can lodge, track and prioritise your requests.

The priority you dictate will determine the SLA and rate each item is given.  Create Studios will then offer a discounted rate for all non-urgent work each month depending on the amount of hours agreed upon.

Ad-Hoc Maintenance

Finally, if you just have one tiny change you need or make changes once in a while, we offer simple ad-hoc rates.  The only disadvantage of doing things this way is that we generally cannot guarantee a quick turn-around as we prioritise our clients with support agreements.  However, we can generally turn around any small change or bug fix you may require in 1-2 weeks.
