For some companies, it makes sense for them to manage their ongoing sends over time.  Perhaps each send only varies by a small amount of content each time or perhaps the company already has HTML knowledge in-house.

In these cases, it can make sense for Create Studios to provide the initial design and template construction of the newsletter.  Then, subsequent to that, you can manage your own content entries into that template and manage the sends as needed.  You still get access to all the reporting facilities we provide to our full service clients.
